With roots stemming from Schenectady County Community College’s music programs and bluegrass jams around the upstate capital region, Narrow North members Brendan Donovan (mandolin), Tim Roden (guitar), and Mike Jenkins (bass) have been growing the Narrow North project with full steam ahead since 2019. Between Brendan's nearly effortless skill of vocal and harmonic sense, displaying so beautifully through his tenor voice and matching mandolin style, Tim's exquisite "in the pocket" guitar techniques, unique but smooth baritone voice, and Mike Jenkins, a staple in the local swing, jazz, and roots scenes around the capitol region the last decade.
