Start at either Wolf Hollow or Riverside Maple Farms (located just a few doors down) for a guided tour to see what goes into making the area's best maple syrup and beer. Snowshoe or ski the Maple-Beer trail, a 1/4 mile through Schenectady County, between both locations. Enjoy samples and talk with experienced staff. Enjoy mac & cheese (including maple bacon) from The Mac Factor at Riverside Maple Farms. On January 26, enjoy the Burger 21 food truck at Wolf Hollow.
